How do the monthly and yearly plans work?
Both plans give you unlimited visits per month. You pay the membership fee ($69.99/mo or $150/yr) plus the hourly labor rate when a tech comes out. First 2 hours are billed at the member rate, additional hours at the standard rate shown on each plan.
What is the difference between Monthly and Yearly?
The Yearly plan at $150/yr works out to just $12.50/month — a significant saving over paying $69.99 every month. Both include unlimited visits and the same service coverage. If you prefer flexibility, Monthly lets you cancel any time. If you know you will use the service regularly, Yearly is the better value.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts on any plan. Cancel your Monthly plan anytime. Yearly plan members can cancel and receive a prorated refund for unused months. Call 1-833-426-3942 to cancel.
What does MEP mean and why are rates different?
MEP stands for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing. These trades require specialized licensing and carry higher liability, so they are billed at a slightly higher hourly rate ($135/hr for members vs. $115/hr for general maintenance). Any service marked with a ✱ on our plans follows this MEP rate.
