The terms governing a specific job — including scope, price, scheduling and any warranty — are those set out in the written estimate or agreement for that job, which take precedence over anything on this website.
3. Memberships and Annual Plans
Annual plans and memberships are governed by the plan terms presented at sign-up, including their billing cycle, included services and cancellation terms. Where those terms conflict with this page, the plan terms control.
